MBC
has conducted numerous technical studies for governmental agencies and
industries throughout southern California. Project experience ranges from
developing and implementing site monitoring plans to kelp bed monitoring
and restoration to providing technical support for EIR/EIS documents. Over
the past 30 years, MBC has provided technical support services to most
major engineering and environmental consulting firms in Los Angeles,
Orange, and San Diego Counties, as well as, many state and federal
